Well,we played Broadhead and Stewart together a number of times last year....albeit maybe in the second half of matches.......I don't think Alex would be against playing a 4-2-4 with Roberts and Clarke wide,and these two up front. Would certainly cause some defensive units in this division some serious problems.

Well yes and no, we need at the least a 3rd striker, personally I would have a 4th so we can play 2 up front in league and Cup games.

Good point about defending corners. We looked a bit weak there in pre season I thought. Dan Neil got rolled a couple of times for example, but he was picking up one of the big lads. As much as I like Dan, he isnt going to be remembered for his aerial dominance at set pieces.

His highlight show scoring mainly with his right foot, occasionally with his left only rarely with his head. He is 6'3"...

It’s something to work on with the lad….

… Here, listen Ellis. Clarky and Pat are going to kick the ball high in the air towards you. I want you to jump as high as you can and try to smack it in the net with your head. Don’t jump too early though, unless you are going to channel your inner Don Goodman.

Would cause a lot of problems for the opposition, but would put a lot of pressure on the 2 in midfield
