Considering we tweeted all the best Callum a week or so ago suggests we were not going to get him back.

They have a manager now, Danny Schofield is the new manager - he was 1st team coach last season I thinkRisky signing for a club without a manager
I thought he was the interim manager, must’ve missed that announcement. They have a manager now, Danny Schofield is the new manager - he was 1st team coach last season I think
We will have a big list of targets, he does look like a talent but I'm sure our recruitment team will find someone who fits our system really wellI thought he was the interim manager, must’ve missed that announcement.
Oh well, we move on
100% mate - as I say I think Neil has more potential than anyone we’ve seen through the academy lately, including Pickford. I think he’s in a difficult position though where if we were a lesser club he’d be playing every game and show his quality but we’re lucky enough to have Pritchard who’s going to have another blinder this season IMO. Hopefully in a few years time we’ve got Matete in Evans position and Neil in Pritchards.
I've never been more relaxed about our recruitment than I am now. They will have a good list of players for each position they want to fill. On to the next one.....We will have a big list of targets, he does look like a talent but I'm sure our recruitment team will find someone who fits our system really well
Doyle certainly lacks pace and that might hold him back from making at the top. He's superb on the ball, but a little lightweight in the air which is a surprise for a lad his size. What he might benefit from is the fact fewer teams in The Championship lump it up to a 6'5" striker with elbows like razor blades. Be interesting to see how he doesDoyle will need a lot of support because Roberts could destroy him as Doyle is slow to turn.
Agree. RR love a negative tweet of course, and whilst I think it's a good move for him, I'd rather we developed our own players (Ballard) than someone else'sReply to Oliver’s Army post.

“It’s understood the club [[HASHTAG]#SAFC[/HASHTAG]], whom the Sky Blues face on the first day of the new season, wanted to take Doyle back to the Stadium of Light for a second season but City have nipped in and got the defender ahead of their rivals.”
I don’t know their CB situation but I think Doyle would get more games for them than with us.
Thats a cracking post Charley
