He is Def a good player just never thought he would be good enough for city. But can't really argue with peps judgement

Definitely, County aren’t far from where we live and I recently worked with a couple of their regulars and they were very impressed with him on and off the pitch.

Phillips won’t be a regular for City. Rodri has been arguably the best holding midfielder in the world the last 12 months and KDB plays alongside him with 3 behind Haaland. Can’t see Phillips being more than rotation unless KDB fills the no.10 position. Mind you, Grealish/KDB/Foden would be a ridiculous 3 behind Haaland.

I'm starting to see it as a deal we will go for. If the recruitment team have heard that his attitude has improved and his stats were good, I think it will be a risk they will take for a 2 year contract!
