Yeah. He has moved from isolated training and therapy into more proprioceptive based movements, stepping up to normal training. It's been a long process for him.
Prehab...being a bit thick can you explain what a proprioceptive movement is, is it anything to do with your bowels or a political movement...just asking<laugh>

Normally takes me a few weeks to lecture that however, in simple terms it's the little unconscious movements. The ones that place stress on internal ligaments and tendons. So instead of running in a straight line, normal locomotion etc, it's more side to side, wobble boards, agility and coordination. Once that's done, it's into full training and away you go.

Definitely. Be really busy. Lots going on.
Any idea on positions we’re after? And if you’re aware of names what’s the calibre like? Are you feeling positive?

Think I’m getting to the point that I’m wavering a little and could do with a bit of reassurance (could just be the hangover mind).

Defenders a priority. I trust Kristian to be honest so yeah, positive. However, if I wasn't privy to certain things, and totally on the outside, I would be worried as we look well short.

That said , I trust what's happening and I think we will be in a good place. This time next week I would imagine the squad looks different.

Well that's put my mind at ease. Thanks for the update
