Sorry, I wasn’t meaning that to sound like he wouldn’t be a good signing.
No agree. He'd be a great signing. Think he's one I'd have wanted last season too. The younger players we're linked with are really encouraging too. The players we were being linked to and were on trial weren't setting the pulses racing. Something appears to have changed on that front. Maybe the papers were making stuff up based on our history but now hearing of real deals ongoing. If we make progress in the next week I'll be online for a Hull ticket! and looking forward to season starting.

it would be good to see a few come in now......if Wright does leave, also question mark against Hume, our first team squad is looking threadbare.

According to some, some of the ****e we've let go will come back and bite us on the arse - especially the ones who went to Wigan! Pity they didn't pull up many trees whilst they plyed their trade here

I doubt it. Aye there’s a chance Wyke scores, so **** still won’t change that he’s a horrifically immobile footballer who only scores when it’s on a plate.

Sure plenty will spit their fannies out if he scores a tap in.

If we get any decent centre halves and full backs in, LJ will ensure that you, a) don't give a winger any space to get an early cross in and b) make sure you put him under pressure so he has to think about what he needs to do

It says it all that very few were upset that he went.

We know he scored a few but anyone would with Geads at this level, if we get a lad who can get front post across his man instead of only square on, well they will put score Wyke.

Stewart looks a better player for me, if unpolished.
