To be honest, I'd rather sort out the ****ing mess that our defence is rather than sign a new defender. The lack of quality in that department so far is as a result of poor management and communication rather than lacking decent players. With that said, I wouldn't turn a good CB away. Especially as our only backup is a repeat injury Hall.
I presume we will be playing 2 up top then. I fear that a few more loans are needed to steady the ship but it's a start
Believe Hemed could turn a to be a very shrewd piece of business. He can be quite nasty, very tough and no nonsense forward. A bit like Glenn Murray, who I like and sb_73 hate

If we knew we were going to get fined why not say sod that and not let them walk all over us. Go and buy some decent players anyway ? Do the provisional deals in May ready for July
Yep I know there was a deal but seems we bent over too much and got slapped with an embargo anyway
With our money bags we could of signed an Italian defence, French midfield and kept Jamie Mackie up top all paid for by a offshore company ... edit Japanese front players
Better still buy a South America outright that loans us players and pay Amazon to let us use their logo on our shirts

Possibly if we did that then the embargo might have been longer than just 1 window.
I wonder if he is regretting moving if all he is doing is keeping the bench warm.
He’ll get a chance. It was fair to Etheridge to start him first and he’s done well saving two penalties and keeping one clean sheet but Smithies will go on to be their number one.
