Ceballos is quality, but Real Madrid probably have ruined him. I also can't see him adjusting to the PL too well.
Lo Celso is decent, Fornals is better though.
I've always liked Betis since I got given a Finidi George shirt in like 97 or something so watch a lot of their games, so I therefore am an expert on both Ceballos and Lo Celso.

I've only watched him this season where he has been very good, there must be a reason PSG got rid of him though. Probably not good enough for the very top level so Spurs would be a good fit
If we do get him, it will be for less than the £80m palace are asking for.
