I have never been a fan of Iwobi as he has no final ball and loses possession easily.
If I had to put a price on him it would be £25m at best, so I am stunned that:
- we have sold him
- Everton paid so much for him
I didn't think that you should sell him, as I said on your board.
He always gives 100%, he's home and club grown and you've got a distinct lack of both of those, so you've basically dropped a squad place.
£40m, though? Probably too good a deal to pass up.

@Mickdundee

I thought he was retired.
Its just the ultimate Ashley business model - raise them, sell em for 35million after a few Premier League games and then get them back for nowt a few years later. We nearly got you with a Longstaff too.

I expect him to be broken down and sold for parts soon - a bit like House of Fraser.

You got £28m, so not much more than your valuation.

PSG won't care about the money and we didn't save anything, Betis did.
We've got a good relationship with the Parisians and I doubt it'll damage it.

Lo Celso is highly rated, but I haven't seen enough of him to be able to judge.
Pochettino's main target though, apparently. Good to get it done just because of that, in my opinion.
Since when did Buzzchetto ever have a target? The fat slob has been crying in the press that he has no imput in transfers as that avenue is only for the Spiv. So now he has requested his title be just head coach as it's clear the Spiv is the mnager.

6th year with Poch at the helm too. He's made repeated threats about leaving. If they don't win anything again this season, I think his position becomes untenable.
Not so sure mate, the Spuds do excel in mediocrty and are well used to being bridesmaids where fluking the odd final is commonplace.

Foyth is a decent player as it goes...is young so makes mistakes but there has potential to be a very good player.
Tbh he would be hard pushed to be worse than Trippier last season.
I only missed City and Bournemouth at home last season in all competitions and he played well in the 1st home match v Fulham and was average in 2 or 3 others and the rest were variants of poor...against Man Utd, Man City (saw it on tv), Wolves and Arsenal he was truely appalling and cost us a goal in each game.
Does he have the same potential of the second coming that was Villas Boas? <laugh>
