The Bologna president said "I know Ramirez is very angry about this situation, but I am the President of Bologna, and if the deal is only satisfactory to two parties out of three and the third is me, it won't be done"

So basically the President of Bologna has ****ed off Ramirez by not accepting the bid and letting him move.

I feel this will be sorted by Nic.
