Well, the Buttner scenario can stay to one side, as that really was a summer saga. But here, the player has stated he is happy and has agreed terms, now it's just up to the two clubs to thrash something out. What's that old saying? Patience is a .. can't remember??
 
Gaston Ramirez will be unveiled as a Saint soon enough, trust me.

Hopefully Matt Phillips will, too.

To be fair, most would've thought we had no chance, but now we've agreed personal terms with the lad (major coup to even do that as a newly promoted club that was in League One two years ago) I can't see this not happening!

Very happy to change my tune on this one Thomas!

I was joking but I didn't put a smiley in the post so my fault if you took me seriously.
 
There was a time not so long ago when I was saying it was a ridiculous rumour. To be fair, it's still ridiculous.

Bloody hell that guy keeps coming up with excuses <doh> I just want to slap him.

Last year he said that need a player like Lambert that's why they weren't top otherwise they would be top...I didn't really mind BFS before, but I've grown to dislike him very much.
