What a dingus.

I have a housemate from India. Naturally, he speaks both Hindi and English fluently. This isn't because he's particularly talented, it's because he's lived in both countries for a significant amount of time. See what I'm getting at here?
 
Just to add my two cents, it's the custom to include a space after a comma as well.
You're lucky that I'm using commas...they don't exist in real life as they shouldn't be used in texts as well...

A Portuguese author called José Saramago has previously said this and he is right.The same with Iberian Federalism,something that should exist now,I've always found it so strange that Portugal isn't part of Spain.He was a great man though.

Hard to follow your train of thought there. Why shouldn't commas exist? Sentences would get very confusing without them.
