have you been to Wolverhampton? They call it the Black country for a reason! The forest looks positively tropical compared to that.

Seriously though, he's young and has impressed at Norwich and Celtic, £2m would be a bargain. If Butland is available for £4m though I'd be more inclined to get him, think he's got more potential out of the two, but if we can't get him then Forster would be a very good signing for that money.

Get both.. and loan Butland back to Birmingham for the Seaon. For experience at a higher level. Simples.
on one hand he kept 20 odd clean sheets for celtic last year (yer i know its only scotland) on the other hand he can not displace steve harper at newcastle
i think its more of a case that he wants to play instead of being on the bench behind krul
You're not comparing like with like. Harper is happy to sit on the bench, Forster is young and wants to play, so he has to displace Krul, who is a fantastic keeper, or move on.
Very tall, 6'7 iirc, pretty solid keeper but prone to mistakes from low shots close to his body because of his size, and from the little I've seen of him he doesn't look all that comfortable with crosses. £2 mil would be a decent price for him, but think it would be worth spending a bit more and getting either a player with more potential (Butland) or somebody else
I'm not sure if Seedorf would be good enough for the Premier League at his age,36,isn't he?It would be great if he is good enough,but I doubt it.
In Serie A teams play such a boring and slow style of play that he can cope with it,I doubt that he can cope with the demands of the Premier League.He is a sublime player,it has to be said,just a shame that he isn't a few years younger...
