I don't agree about Cork being torn a new one, he was fine in the Prem before, but yes Kayal is very good
There's a big difference between being 'too thin' and not having a bulky build. I don't think either is a concern for Cork. If they were, the medical staff would have picked up on it by now.

I didn't realise Guthrie was free. It looks an even better shout. All depends on the confidence Adkins has with Hammond & Ward-prowse
That Nixon chap has stated that Saints have exclusive rights to the Jay Rod deal till 12 tonight. Basically, sort the personal terms out and he will be a Saints player. If we don't get it done by 12, other clubs can get involved in Jay Rod.
How is this list true, surely Pogrebnyak cannot be available on a free?! Nor Paul Scholes.
Why would Jay Rodriguez accept our offer? Surely any footballer with a brain would wait for other clubs to get involved to see their offers, and hope for an increase.

Am I the only one that doesn't want Guthrie? I always remember him as very selfish, with some flair but normally wastes it..
I might be wide of the mark, but surely this would be a good time to test the resolve of the players from Norwich and Swansea. Some of them may be disillusioned with the direction of their respective clubs following their managers leaving, the time may be ripe for cherry-picking the best that they have to offer. Danny Graham and Grant Holt had good seasons as did Hoolahan, Sinclair, Pilkington, Dyer among others....maybe they could do a job for us?
