Isn't he a holding midfielder? Any idea what he is like; have you seen him play or just on Football Manager ;-)?

I had no qualms with you passing it on! Just thought I should comment on the speculation. As the child in me gets excited when linked with players, I did a bit of digging and the rumour cropped up a few days ago on some agent south guy's account which is full of made up rumours. So I assume other twitter accounts used his 'inside information'. Would love to be proved wrong though!
Trotter was the best player in the live game v West Ham for Millwall, and he took his goal well too. My Millwall friend really rates him, and she's been to a lot of games. I have a feeling with a bit of Adkins tuning that this guy could cut the mustard centre mid. Worth a shot.
I haven't seen him play, I just know that he plays the same position as his brother and is rated quite highly. Shame about Sporting Lisbon, I thought he might have slipped under the radar.
You could be right, I saw that 2 day old tweet too, but that south agent is such an obvious fake that surely none of the real ones would fall for it? Hope not anyway, might just be a coincidence that there is some truth in one of his lies!
Michael Owen's been released by Manchester United. We could do a lot worse, but I reckon we could do a lot better.
I'd bring him in to mentor some of the younger lads, and only on a pay as you play deal.

Yes,he is alright so that will make Trotter alright aswell.I think we need better players than alright one's though.

I would quite like Michael Owen actually. Yes, he's injury prone but NA, as a former physio, should be able to manage that. He's a proven goalscorer in the PL.
a Hasbeen.. Only hungry Young players.. It has worked for Norwich and swansea.. I think he would be more a hindrance than a help. IMO
