    Same. From what I've seen, which admittedly isn't much, he seems to play the same role as Sharp, only much better. Has anyone seen Hooper play regularly?

    Indeed. Although the story itself I do not believe is from Nabil Hassan, he was merely relaying what he had heard/read somewhere due to be printed or whatever tomorrow.

    I think players get a major disservice from a lot of supporters in terms of money. Sure, like in any walk of life some individuals are motivated by money, but the vast majority of players are like the rest of us and love to play the game and want to play at the highest levels possible.

    I think Chamberlain left us too soon (though he is already a fan fav at arsenal) but he was always going to leave us because he has the talent to compete for titles and champions league.

    Don't think the person who made up the Jones rumour knew the circumstances of his departure

    I heard from one of the cortese dinners that chamberlain moved to Arsenal despite being offered more money to stay at Southampton. Of course this may just be an attempt to demonstrate the don's financial power but nonetheless chamberlain's move has benefited everyone.

    The Daily Fail is beginning to p*ss me off - they've already linked us with Simon Cox and Rodriguez so why not keep talking out their arses..Next week it'll be someone else we're after. Lazy, stupid, (toilet) paper...!

    In fairness, we are in for Rodriguez in a fairly big way. Latest bid £6.5m, allegedly.

    Also Stoke have bid more than us for Jarvis. I imagine they'd be a bigger draw for him even if we match their bid.

    Have been very impressed by Trotter the (limited) times I've seen him play, mate of mine is a Millwall fan aswell and reckons he could play in the Premiership, would be happy if he signed.
