Having studied intellectual property law this past year, I can say for certain that I hate copyright law and the amoral lawyers who make a living from it.
 
I've had many a video (taken by myself at a football match) taken down from YouTube due to copyright infringement

Obviously we need copyright law for such reasons, but there are quite clear existing problems with the current law, as evidenced by your Twitter example and Jake's YouTube example, and plenty of other examples I could rant about, but won't because I don't wanna be boring.
 
Is very harsh and generally out of character for youtube to take your videos down without warning/a say in it. Generally if any copywrited material is used in my videos, the original owner of the media/ licence holder wants Aknowledgement of the media via an Ad or something by the side of the video.

yeh I suppose the football league deserve acknowledgement for a video i took during a match. Oh wait.

I agree that Bullard is not funny and is complete twat but Lee Evans is bloody hilarious! The only person on this planet who is funnier than him is Kevin Bridges.
