No. It's a different one, the one reporting the Walcott deal is @Agent_ITK - who is actually very reliable, and first tweeted about it back in February. The Jay Rod one was @itk_agent, who deleted his account because everyone knew he was full of crap. I still don't think Theo coming home will happen but there's definitely been contact.

Agent_ITK only looks reliable because he deletes everything he gets wrong. Which is a hell of alot <ok>

I was surprised we didn't have more there, but suspect it was a combination of holidays (like me), being on tv and cost (especially for those who had bought ST). I have a ticket for next Saturday so it will be interesting to see turnout for a non-televized match.
Can't see Cortese letting Shaw go now we are in PL.

Clashing with the Olympics I'm sure had an effect as well. Save for about 10 minutes, I didn't watch any of the game on C5 as my attentions were focused on the BBC.

Would be very disappointed to loose young Mr Shaw as he looks a great talent but everyone has their price. Its just NC to decide what that price is and see if Arsenal want to pay it
Birmingham have done the same with Butland, they set their price and NC thought it too high - move on

For me we should not let any of our young stars go for anything below £10m(paid up front) + substantial add ons for future on sales etc

At this stage, someone would be ****ing mental to pay that. Standard tactic of raising the pricetag to put people off. Makes me confident that no one will be going anywhere this season, and after that not until we get a silly offer.

Carroll - £35m
Henderson - £20m
Jones - £18m
Chamberlain - £15m

Any young English player who makes it throught the system can fetch a small fortune and those are the sorts of precedents we should look at for the youngsters we really believe in.

Jeeesus this thread is awful tedious.

Walcott - No. Just no. Not happening. I love the guy, but come on. No.
Shaw - No. Maybe there have been bids. Obviously we will say no. No.

No.
