Are you really using the Falklands as a highlight of the Tories' reign?

Highlight in the fact that the country showed great bottle to travel 8000 miles to claim back land that was ours.The whole world watched in astonishment as Britain was fighting for it's right to retain the Falkland Islands as part of the U.K.

The very sad part of it was the loss of live of the brave soldiers .

Well you can't use wars to justify your opinion. Churchill was a good wartime leader, but he had some silly policies and was a bit of a racist. He lost the election after the war. Thatcher brought an end to the years of prosperity, and the Falklands is really a non-issue for this conversation. Also the EU hasn't collapsed yet, though a lot of people predicted that it would. It's mainly due to some member nations having ****e productivity because they're lazy like the Greeks.

Yeah, Bloomberg is the mayor of New York. He's recently introduced some stupid law limiting the sizes of soft drinks sold in restaurants. You can just get around it by ordering two smaller drinks.

The EU will collapse.It's the Soviet Union version 2.

The good thing is that the pound is getting stronger and that is good for countries like Portugal and Greece.

Let's get rid of that god damn awful Euro,it's one of the worst things to happen to Portugal,prices went up,the euro kept getting stronger and this in return has damaged the tourism industry that is so important for the countries GDP.British tourists didn't get as much value for their pounds as they once did.

The EU should just be a union without all the political and fiscal union that there is now.

Bloomberg did well in implementing those policies,the Americans need to cut down on all those soft drinks,it's a major health concern now.

Oh,and Romney is a shocking candidate...typical right wing republican.Obama is the best of the worst really,he is a bit of a nothing president.

Mayor Bloomberg should run for president in 2016.

And you're proud of Britain's colonial past of invading countries and completely changed most of their original cultures, along with the inevitable atrocities inflicted on the local population? We have no rightful claim to the Falklands.

We gave countries quite a bit yeah we did some bad stuff but so did France,Holland,Portugal,and Spain in their histories,with their empires,we gave India cricket,that worked out pretty well for them,we spread out the english language and our culture and traditions.
