Who we wanting then lads and lasses?
For me its a buy what you need situation and not just because the players are available.
Therefore the priority positions for me are LB RB CM LM CF, it would be silly too blow 10mill on a CB, getting mensah in will do for 2mill as we should be putting big money into waht we need.
Onouha would be my RB choice, im sure it will be a debate with him or Hutton but i want someone who can actually defend as we are still a team which takes enormous amount of pressure a game; theres no good LBs about really, its everyones problem but aslong as we dont sign Figeroa (his half way line goal has made him seem better than he is)
For CM, i would have too say get 1 in on a free for cover as i assume next season sessegnon will have that role along side cattermole with henderson and riveros too cover
LM, Nzogbia, not everyones cup of tea but for me he is direct and can score a goal, i would love downing but i dont think we will conclude any deals with villa any time soon
CF, get Bothroyd in on a bosman for cover and buy 2 top class strikers, none of these 5 goals a season lads who are only big but the goal scoring type who can have the team built around them. I really couldnt tell you who i want (maybe Doyle, ive rated him since he was at Reading and was nocking in the goals for them for fun in the prem) but i think we will get pav from Spurs and probably Defoe if there is little competition for him.
