Now our first one is in Gylfi who would you all want next? I would like to see jan vertonghen and maybe Moutinho and Demba Ba and Victor Moses to name a few !!

Vertongen and Hulk, most definitely. Get Adebayor signed up on a three year contract.

I'd also like us to put in a sneaky bid for RVP, using some of our new Arab money.

Unsettling other players would be the biggest perk (other than possible trophies) gained for selling our soul

Nice to finally update the In-Permanent list!

Was impressed by Sig at Swansea and can see him fitting into our system rather nicely!

Now let's push on and get some more in (and some out hopefully)

Now what's this I've been reading about re. Arab money? Are we involved in some sort of takeover or something? I literally haven't heard anything about it.

There's apparently a £50m war chest, with Remy, Vertonghen, Dzagoev and Butland (as well as Sigurdsson) on it.

I don't think this is a fanciful rumour - there was talk of a £50m war chest being available for Harry late in the season (i.e. when Hodgson got the England job...), and so far our interest in Verts and Sig are both well known. The only criticisms I have is why not a long-term first team keeper (i.e. Lloris, Krul, ter Stegen), whilst Dzagoev's value will have been inflated by the Euros and Russian players hardly have a reputation for consistency or workrate in the Premier League of late.

This Modric thing is like a Mantra with the media. Every article on Spurs must include a mention of Modric leaving.

So where are all these offers?

According to SSN we have made a 11mil bid for Oscar- the footballer, not the grouch from Sesame St.

was that SSN reporting it from their "sources" (which usually involves it being part of their yellow ticker), or was it SSN doing their transfer roundup where they talk about what's in the papers?

With rumours of £20m this already sounds like another Damaio, Damiao, Damoio, sod it, Leandro.

haha, I've done the same Spurfect.- i'm convinced most of us don't pronounce it right and there's probably about 10 different versions between us! <laugh>

Got this from ESPN.
Sao Paulo youngster Bruno Uvini is interesting and interested in Lazio, according to his agent Emanuele Ricci, who told Lalaziosiamono: “It’s true, Uvini has been offered to the Biancocelesti... Uvini likes the club and as far as we know they like him, I wonder now if they will talk about a deal."
So I guess he won't be coming to Spurs!

It was from their transfer clockwatch.
What is the diff?

because sky do a round up of transfers, which is often just repeating the paper bullshit. The minute you see it on the yellow ticker, its likely to have a lot more weight behind it.
