Similar to the one I made in January, only this time for Summer!

The window's open again now so have a chat about who you want in/out and I'll update it the list below with what we actually do!

Here's hoping for a bit of a clear out and some new talent in <ok> - now that we're confirmed for Europa League (unfortunately) - it's going to be a lot harder to keep our top talent and bring in decent players. Here's hoping Levy can pull another 'van der vaart'-esque signing! <ok>

Here's hoping for a bit of a clear out and some new talent in <ok> - heavily dependent on Chelsea unfortunately but there you go.

IN

OUT
OUT Redknapp and cosy buddies

Out - (in of squad number) Gomes, Gallas, Saha, Dos Santos, Defoe, Bassong, Kranjcar, Corluka, King, Nelsen, Khumalo, Bentley, Pienaar, Dawkins, Jenas.

A number of decent players there, but they're either unworkable in our current system or unfancied by the manager, so there's no point in them being there.

In - A goalkeeper, several defenders, a couple of midfielders and a pair of strikers.

If we can keep Adebayor, then our first XI doesn't really need much work.
We need to strengthen the squad though and Redknapp needs to use our depth far better than he has.

A lot will depend on the Chelsea result - not just financially, but in terms of players who will come.

Villareal have been relegated. A certain Giuseppe Rossi plays there. He'll be on the cheap you'd have thought. Great buy?

He's spent a lot of the season injured too, which you'd expect to also reflect in his price, but may also add a note of caution.
They finished bottom of the league, somehow.

EDIT: Just checked and Rossi's injured for another 9 months or so.

Yes they finished bottom, but could that have something to do with the fact their star player wasn't playing a lot? Either way, he'll be available for far less than the ridiculous fees we were reported bidding for him in January

9 months! Cant see him being the same player when he returns

Unfortuntely you may be right but.i for one and several others have complete faith in him

Whatever it is its doing my head in. Would be really jealous if he went to spurs as hes one of my favourite plyers.
