Went up to 43 here today. Weather app was saying it was expecting to go up to 46 no idea if it did like I wasn’t checking all day just every few hours. It’s still 38 and it’s 6pm :emoticon-0118-yawn:
I would be like a prune, wouldn’t get me out the pool in that heat, our lass would lie and bake, no idea how she does it, sick of telling her it’s dangerous

Arrived home today after twelve weeks in the Maldives. Devastated to have to come home A once in a lifetime kind of holiday and memories made to last a lifetime.
12 weeks? Tell me more.
I’m obsessed with the Maldives, been a few times and going back next March.
It’s my perfect holiday.
Were you working or was it a holiday, did you stay on more than one island?

Fkn hell mate ive got you all excited through autocorrect. It was TWO weeks not twelve.

It was a holiday to mark me leaving work. Stayed at Atmosphere Kanifushi. Was the holiday of a lifetime. If i can ever afford to go for 12 weeks I’ll know that I’m doing something right

Rains in September in Corfu
We are off to sunny Kos
Hi mate,

I’m looking at taking our lass away for a couple weeks in November. Do you have any idea what Cyprus will be like that time of year?

I went for two weeks, it pissed down every day, that put me off Cyprus. My mate goes around the same time every year and he’s never saw a drop.

Cyprus in November
You trust to luck a bit early month you’ve more chance of sun and it can get hot
However there is the chance of rain and chillie nights
My choice would be south Tenerife similar weather
But a better chance of good in Tenerife than Cyprus
Having said all that’s wherever is better tha uk
For weather

Boston today after 2 cloudy/cool days on Cape Cod. Bloody knackered with all the driving but seen some amazing sights. Whale watching being the particular highlight…

You need to make sure you stick to the south. I tried the north for a change and it’s very cold and damp up there.

Just wrapping up a few nights in a lakeside (more pondside) cabin in Northumbria. The gaffe has been lovely and the hot tub has had a lot of use but it's mainly been good to spend time outdoors with the kids, been to a couple of beaches including Bamburgh and had a lot of fun.

Hopefully some good memories made for the kids.

Finished the mini break off at Plessey woods today before driving back. We only went there to quickly eat some lunch and have a nosy as it was on the way, ended up walking over half an hour in the woods looking for a picnic bench, got drenched shortly afterwards and took about an hour getting back to the car.

Fun little adventure, the kids loved it. The woods were great.
