Taking the grandkids to Scarborough next Friday for a week, then in September we're off to Malaig and the Isle of Skye for a week.
I'm retiring properly next March and we've already booked ten days in the Outer Hebrides in May and 9 days at Lake Garda by train in September. It's aways nice to have something to look forward to.

Away in the caravan first week of August, been away for the previous school holidays, depending on the weather might fit another week later in the school holidays. We tend to go abroad every odd year but due to covid missed out last year, and with all the current issues and current heatwave we're happy to holiday in GB

Currently in Lara Beach, Turkey.
Great so far, enjoying the Effes, the wife has been pouring Prosecco down her throat like a lunatic and smiled a few times so I’m sure she’s enjoying herself.
Which hotel you at mate? We stayed in the Titanic on Lara Beach a few years ago. It was class. We are going to Belek this year a bit further up the coast
