Back now 2 weeks
Had my first drink a few yesterday
Lost 10 lb and eating normal
So hopefully keep this weight off
However I’ll make sure I don’t go and eat all the unhealthy food

Currently in Santa Susanna but fly back tomorrow. Its been a much needed break, with the weather being 26 degrees all week. Went into Barcelona yesterday and it was bedlam. Loved the Gothic Quarter as it was quieter. La Rambla was hell on earth. I thought they'd be a load of Bayern Munich fans kicking about be just saw a couple.

I couldn't believe how busy it was. Some cracking little bars off the side streets

There certainly is
Nearly every corner or ally way there are lovely small cafe bars just love the atmosphere
Me and the lads generally go February/ march time
We love it
