A good friend of mine has known one of our first team regular players since he was a boy, was involved with his early coaching, and speaks to him at least weekly. He asked this player only a week ago what things were like at the club, the reply was that he’s loving playing under Rosenior, great team spirit, the players are all happy playing the way we do.

You must be lying!!

"I’m absolutely delighted to tie Xavier down on a long-term deal.

"We’ve worked really hard to get Xavi to commit his future to the club and he’s a big part of my plans.

"He’s got undoubted potential and quality, an outstanding attitude and trains at 100% all the time.

"He’s got Premier League physicality and athleticism. If we can help him improve his technical aspects and tactical understanding of the game, we’ve got a fantastic asset for the club."

The man talks more ****e than Jay from The Inbetweeners.

reminds me, I’ve got these for tea

Nah he's lying. Everyone hates Liam. No one will sign for him. We're going down.

Have you actually read the second part of the last paragraph? Maybe he hasn’t quite developed as quickly as they’d hoped and they don’t think he’s ready for the first team yet.

Isn’t that the coaching staff’s job to develop young player’s technical abilities? Haha.

Feel sorry for the kid. He didn’t have to leave Chelsea. Could’ve stayed a couple more years being loaned out. He left home in Hammersmith and presumably committed his future to a club in a northern city he has no connection to because he imagined he’d have a larger role to play this season. He had one dodgy game against Donny where everyone in black and amber stunk the place out and he’s been pushed further down the pecking order in favour of a kid on loan who won’t be here next year. I’d be putting in a transfer request for a permanent deal.
I know his coach from Cheslea who is equally baffled. Kid has been shafted.

I'm sure they do. Is it Brandon Flemming, Ryan Longman or Xavier Simons by any chance?
