Oscar will only leave if Davis comes which is looking 50% less likely than it did this time yesterday.

Just wait and see what the squad looks like in a week or two. Clearly there will be outgoings.
The numbers remain the same though. We were talking about an overload in positions which will inevitably mean player dissent and certain relegation because the club clearly have no idea what they're doing...![]()

If we sign Davis that’s 24, plus a keeper, another winger and a defensive mid on loan that’s 27. Jacob probably won’t be named and Docherty might not be either but it’s still a bloated squad and the last 5 won’t make the bench. Even assuming injuries, it’s a bloated squad. Longman definitely needs to go and probably Allahyar, Óscar and Sinik as well. I’m not sure what the game is with Sinik. We’re led to believe he’s part of Rosenior’s plans but I don’t see where he fits in when you consider the new signings and a £4 million player on decent wages to not even make the 20-man match day squad even when fit isn’t good for him or the club.
Who the **** said anything about certain relegation? I swear you take anything I say and twist it to make yourself seem clever because you’re obsessed with this childish ‘bed-wetting’ narrative.
I don’t think a big squad is the worst thing, especially if the subs are just as good as the starting 11
Just shows last week what good subs can do to a game
As much as baz is touting incomings he's equally stating there will be outgoings.
So assuming there will be none and using it to pick holes is irrational at best.

What’s irrational is thinking moving players on is as easy as saying ‘you’re no longer needed, find yourself another club’.
Rosenior said Woods wasn’t in his plans shortly after the Luton game then he played all through pre-season and has only just today left for a League One team and it was only on loan.

Needs to be opportunity for them all still, but 2 competing for each shirt with maybe a bit extra in key positions isn't a 'bloated' squad.
See what it looks like this time next week.
A full 25-man squad plus players born after 1 January 2002 who are in the first-team plans like Vaughan, Simons and Philogene is a bloated squad.
