My point was that Leeds haven't sold many, but are apparently about to spend £40m (according to reports) on top of a £7m signing already and Darlow and Rodon's Prem level wages, as well as keeping a lot of their other top players/earners... they wouldn't be able to do that without parachute payments, they would have to sell more to fund new incomings or set their sights lower on cheaper signings, but they're not - they're aiming for big money signings.

Of course there was other interest, but that's as far as it went, interest only, no firm offers. Don't get me wrong I'm over the moan they are here, but I'm also not daft.

Do you honestly believe a player with zero link to us would take a smaller shorter contract for Hull over a larger and possibly longer contract with bigger bonuses etc and bugger clubs with on paper a better chance of going up..... Come on!

Think most thought about Mcvitie once it was announced as a huge sponsership due to the certain individual Acun has brought along to the Club and Games even the Pubs.
 
The lad who talked about Philogene deal being off has admitted he was BS’ing. Sadly guess he’s not going to be involved on Friday if it’s not done today but that just means we’ll have even more next Saturday with the 4 others (fingers crossed)!

Possible if it is done he could play.

But the Team did so well last time out LR may put same team out considering Connolly won't start if not 100% in LR's eyes.
