Why does Connolly dress like an extra in the Ali G film?
I think we’ll have to take his word for it. He obviously didn’t get a long lens camera for Christmas!
Maybe it's ‘cos he is black?'

It's nowhere near 'dire' in my view but I think the jigsaw needs to be completed sooner(rather than later).Rosenior will know far more than he's letting on and for his sake I hope he can land a couple of jewels before the start of the season,(I think Delap will be one and will work his socks off for us).
Make no mistake,the owner will act on poor results and if that means Rosenior becoming just another name in our chequered history of managers,it will be so.
What we all need to take on board,bearing in mind it's a forum of mixed opinions, is that some people will get more wound up than others and some will be far more enthusiastic than others...I'm very much middle of the Road at the moment.The overall picture is cloudy to me but I'm fairly certain that we need to bring in some quality to progress this season if we want to achieve what the owner aims for.
As for support,that shouldn't be brought into question with anyone. We all want success but maybe we all have different ways of thinking we can achieve it and our posts reflect our feelings,and so they should.
I'm not questioning anyone as a supporter, but wonder why the same posters constantly look to spin everything as negatively as possible and want to get personal with a manager for doing his job.
And a 1-1 draw pre-season at scunny will have absolutely no bearing on the season. Whatsoever.
This would be a very positive,top notch piece of business for me.

Granted his injury history isn't great but his injury here was a freak one and he still finished the game if I recall correctly
It's the nature of social media,people say more than they would in a pub debate.Some may question your positivity in the same way,that's the nature of the forum we post on.
The problem at the moment is that we have fans who want success now & can’t see the wood for the trees.
We also have fans that are willing to see how it goes in the real world of actual football, not friendlies.
Pre season has & should be used for getting players fit, these games are technically a training session against a different team & the fans can watch.
I expect the game against Nantes to be the team most likely to start the season, but maybe Rosie doesn’t want to give away any secrets. I don’t know, I’m just guessing, same as everyone else.
For those who want instant success, they will be demanding a goals & points total by November or he should be gone & x brought in.
1. Likelihood of x coming to us, is probably slim.
2. If x does come, how long do you give him?
We all need to be realistic, last season we had some amazing results early on, but you could tell when it started going tits up, Shota didn’t have a clue. Nether did Acun.
If we can offload a couple of players, Tetteh wouldn’t be a big loss, with his injury record & the ACON coming up, he might struggle to make 10 appearances.
However, Connolly‘a not got a great injury record himself, so again, who knows.
Final thing, it is, & should always be, 1 game at a time. Other than planning your trip to the game.

But if folk are acting like petulant kids with adhd and pushing the boundaries of interpretation to have a dig at the gaffer after a uninspiring preseason friendly the it's fair enough to say so.
