How much would they want for him, and what would his wage demands be? It’s just not a sensible transfer in my opinion.

Reminds me of an occasion where I was drinking in a pub in a village called (I think) Lochilped, which is near Crinan, north west Scotland and not too far from that area. I was enjoying people,watching, as It was very obvious that their was some really strange behaviours on show and the majority just seemed really odd! I did get into a discussion with a more sensible local, and eventually felt brave enough to ask him about some of the odd behaviours. He explained that the village was the home to a similar old institute, looking after some of the more mentally ill people in the area. It too closed (makes sense that it was early 2000’s), with little notice and no support for the ‘patients’. Most had lived in the ‘institute’ for so long that they had no roots anywhere, so settled in the local village. He explained that things were never ever the same in Lochilped. He claimed that the village was popular with stag parties and lads nights out because they were guaranteed to ‘get their leg over’.

Wonder if we have an interest in Haydon Roberts. Liam signed him for Derby on loan from Brighton last year, just been released despite having a good season. Can play both left back and centre back

I wonder if the mystery left-back close to joining is Lee Buchanan. He joined Werder Bremen from Derby last summer but is linked with a return to the Championship.
