If anyone's around, To Hull and Back and Tigers Down Under are going live in 15 mins to go through our season predictions.

A good listen that. Balanced view with no pointless bickering…refreshing!

I’m glad most are in agreement about Connolly. Him and Vaughan will play a big role in our attacking play this season. The more I think about the quality we now have going forward, the more optimistic I become. Maybe the Nantes game will bring me back down to earth <laugh>

When dealing with local companies what is the benefit to the club if the financial aspects aren't significant? Is it more of a PR exercise or are there any specific advantages?
Sign up for 3 years now and hope for PL exposure soon…more benefit for them rather than Club.

Prestige recruitment…does that mean Darnborough has gone…cheap stewards also.

Mrs honeyman?? The local gossip
I’m trying to remember who else

Wasn't Mrs. Honeyman George's nan? Just to think we could have sung 'Your nan's from Camberwick Green...' <laugh>

I dont understand the hatred of Lee Darnbough on here, mostly from people who wouldn't know who he was if they sat next to him on the bus.
Ehab turned down at least one approach for his services from a top Championship club, who later were promoted to the Premier League. He and his team have done well spotting players for us, and it's not as though we have been spashing millions of pounds out on transfer fees either. Not all the players he identifys for us end up signing either, so really none of us know ( in a Jim Bowen voice) what we could have had.
If fingers have to be pointed why are none pointed at whoever spotted some of the foriegn players who came in last summer? Because I don't think Lee Darnbourgh was on that scouting mission.
Also there is no such thing as 'cheap stewards' There is such a thing as minimum wage these days and the club pay above it.

Tbf, he deserves a medal for having managed to work with the previous owners.
I guess that's why some have this 'hatred' toward him (is it really hatred? strong word, maybe dislike is more accurate?). Meaning he's been too closely associated with the Allams, particularly Ehab.

Said the same multiple times, Lee is very respected in the game and he's done fantastically for us with the tools he was given. Genuinely nice guy as well
