There’s not many options for goalkeeper within our budget who would realistically come to us. I’d have liked Johansson from Rotherham but he’d cost a bit.

I really don't care. I'd like us to bring in an older keeper we have the chance of retaining.

Keeper is just one position I don't want short termism in.
Well we don’t have any money so it doesn’t really matter what you want:emoticon-0102-bigsm Rushworth would’ve probably been the best keeper we could’ve gotten on loan.

How do you know who is and isn't available or may become available once other transfers happen? Plus how do you know if they're in our budget or not? (What is our budget for a keeper Btw?) And finally have you spoken to them all to ask if they're willing to come?

I'd be potentially testing the water with Thomas Kaminski from Blackburn. They need the cash, he wants a move and we need a keeper!

of course money is important
we seem to be making some bad decisions
we seem to bring people in with no idea whether they are any good
and then balk at getting somebody who we know is good

Can you not get your head around top 10 or so playing budget vs not top 10 turnover. Acun makes up the shortfall and folk feel short changed.

Only in Hull.

He’s also not that ‘handy’ with his feet but an incredible shot stopper. Don’t think we would have seen him as someone fitting the system.

They don't do that because ffp doesn't care if you have debt or equity, it's a p&l test.

They're not actually converting debt into equity, they're getting round the rules by creating equity, then paying cash for that equity and that becomes club income and lowers the losses. They're basically giving the money away, as there's almost no chance of ever recovering it, they're just diluting the share values each time they do it.

You tell me then. You’re ‘ITK’. 2 weeks until the season starts and every keeper we’ve been linked with has ****ed off elsewhere. Why is that?

That still doesn't impact FFP. Owner injections don't provide FFP relief or Man City wouldn't have to invent fake sponsors.

Do you seriously think every player we are linked to is actually credible and serious. Just because we are linked with someone and they don't end up here, doesn't mean we missed out or they chose somewhere else over us.

Anyway I'll ask again seen as you made a pretty bold claim.....How do you know who is and isn't available or may become available once other transfers happen? Plus how do you know if they're in our budget or not? (What is our budget for a keeper Btw?) And finally have you spoken to them all to ask if they're willing to come?

Not Darlow, obviously. Last bit isn’t worth responding to. Just typical smarminess from you.

Exactly. There may be money coming into the club but if they try to spend it on anything that reduces our profits or increases our losses it will affect FFP. (subject to the exceptions)

No smarminess at all, you made a bold claim, I'm just asking you to back it up. Or was it just one of your typical dramatic over reactions without any actual substance and facts behind it?

Okay, Mr. ITK. Let us know if you’ve got any info. The whole ‘I know something but can’t say’ thing is boring, like Patty with his secret streams.
