Maybe this should be in the grinds my gears thread but Latte literally translates to 'milk' in Italian. So why do people go into coffee shops and ask for a latte when in fact what they want is a cafe latte?
DJ Campbell can do one if he ever comes in my coffee shop asking for a glass of milk.
Pizza translates as 'ponced up cheese on toast, and today Ferrari is 'crashed out'. :emoticon-0138-think

I stayed at a hotel in Rome last year and asked for a latte. She asked me “hot?” I said yes and she gave me hot milk. She gave me a load of Italian verbals when I explained I actually meant cafe latte. I’ll know next time.

I've never said that and why wasn't Simons good enough?
Simons had one good game against Fulham in the cup where he bust a gut to tackle back. After that he looked slow not particularly strong and played short safe passes , he did nothing on loan elsewhere and yet some think he was worth something special - he may go on to better things - some players click on what’s needed when they see their career waning .

Try asking for a Cappuccino at a cafe in Rome after 12.00 noon, you will get plenty of Italian verbals for that, including slamming the milk jug down on the counter twice. It was only €2 euro for a standing cappuccino though - bloody good coffee as well.

The problem is, all the deals will have to be signed off by the EFL on the same date. I hope the EFL Compliance Unit don't all go out for a cheeky Costa and don't get back into the office before the 7pm deadline passes.
You so know thats going to happen... it'll be we wee going to sign '.....' but there was an admin issue... to stop Hughes and Pandur being transferred might I suggest they make people wait until 6:50 and then **** up the paperwork...
