Yeah ok if it's for multiple players then that makes much more sense than specifically for Barry. Wonder how we were tracking with Kamara, Belloumi, Hughes etc. payments though. Still seems completely at odds with Acun's Q&A performance though.
 
It’s entirely feasible to me that Monday’s show was a pack of lies and that’s all he does.

I’m more surprised that Martin Hodge and Jared Dublin would both allow their own CVs to be degraded by it all. They would surely be aware of what is going on, particularly Dublin being here a while. They both have decent enough CVs to go elsewhere at a similar level.

Yeah you'd think they wouldn't have been oblivious to missed payments etc. which makes it all weirder.

When Steven and M88 said we were in the **** I said it didn't make sense as we'd just committed to buying puerta. When people said acun was selling up regardless of division I also questioned it. I expressed concern about the late payment of wages but said it's only if it happens a second time that it's a red flag. Not quite sure what your "gotcha" is about here..?

Just sign a few freebies and get on with the football. Let those who it concerns sort out the accountancy ****e.

Not going to happen I know. A season at Ferriby and Beverley and the odd trip across to Barton, while still paying my membership to "support" City looks very tempting at the moment. A lot simpler, just football (and beer)
 
Club is a defo a version of ‘how not to run a football club’. One minute we are buying Barry for 3.5 mill the next we have a transfer ban because we haven’t paid the last loan fee for said player.

No wonder Kesler left. He knew what was coming. Lots of fees to be paid in instalments and no money to pay for them. No overdraft or anything. Crazy.

Totally agree. Although, if we sell Alzate and Puerta for, let's say, 8 million, surely we have the money to pay all the local business, late instalments, etc and have a chance of the embargo being lifted. Then we sign McBurnie and the Croatian lad on loan, get promoted and everything is fine. I know........ I have always been a 'glass half full' kind of guy. It's been a curse when it comes to my support of this club

I'm still here, just had a very rough few weeks, was in an accident in which my hand was badly crushed and almost lost 3 fingers. 1 operation so far and another 2 to go..... Still no idea if I'll get full use back in the hand or any movement or feeling in it at all. Just concentrating on other things ATM

I was thinking similar WST. Surely someone in Hodges position would have done his due diligence.
