This window has clearly been down to Dublin and Hodge. The only thing Acun deserves credit for is us missing out on the likes of Frigan, Puerta, Zambrano etc. and ****ing Laalaoui and Rabat about.

For once we was lucky in not getting a player who is out for nearly a season in Frigan though.

Zambrabo I’m gutted about and would have liked to see Laalaoui.

Just becasue he tore his ligamant in italy doesnt mean he would have here

Freak injury, especially in training. He doesn’t get injured a lot.

If he came here instead, he’d probably knacker both ACLs in the club canteen though.

I can’t see that being anywhere near £3m. Spanish first tier teams are all struggling for money

It's just what I could gather from the translations on Twitter.

I don't think as a move it's bad either. He did need a run of starts, he was a bit stop start for us, he'll get that albeit at a lower level but if they do get promotion, he goes into a top 5 league with an extra 30 starts under his belt.

City are pioneers in a new recruitment method and therefore way above the learning curve.. Don't buy players, what's the point? Just pick up ballers on the never-never, freebies and loans.....How long before it really catches on and every club starts doing it?

It seems some clubs don't realise it will be never-never. A good attempt to clear up a mess that should never have happened. Bring on another embargo!

Does anyone know if the National League window is longer than the EFL one?

I'm wondering if the likes of Brown, TSF, Vaughan etc. might get loan deals if it does?

Potentially decent window, here's where Sergey earns his money. At least he's got a couple of weeks to get into it. UTT!

And breathe…. An incredibly strong transfer window for us with the calibre of players we’ve managed to attract & bring in, against all the odds of the restricting circumstances. Biggest part for me is keeping hold of Hughes and Pandur, hopefully we can get their heads back in the game. Well done to the City transfer team. Can’t wait to get back at match days, buzzing like the, well, you know the rest. Now, over to Sergei….. UTT.

Ps. Still think Pandur looks better in his pink strip, bring back the Pink Pandur.
