Just seen that the Benfica manager, Roger Schmidt, has said that Arthur Cabral is free to leave Benfica because he's said he wants out/doesn't want to fight for a place in the squad. He is reportedly the #1 Corinthians target in order to facilitate a Yuri Alberto deal

Thought he failed a medical at Hoffenheim, or was it more they didnt like it rather than outright failed and opted out like we did with Bijlow?

They couldn't get comfortable with his pre-existing heart condition but all the actual medical results were fine, apparently

It is odd that they are the only team after him given his record on loan. You’d think other clubs in Turkey would be interested. They just don’t seem to have money from transfer fees there. Don’t seem to have issues with premier league wages a lot of the time though
