Was speaking to a Bournemouth fan (didn’t know they existed tbh) and he was very confident about the upcoming season, thinks they have an outside shot for Conference League qualification, said he’d be very surprised if they finished outside the top 10.

This was before they sold Solanke so may have changed his outlook a bit, but if he is anything to go by they aren’t thinking about relegation at all

Will be interesting to see how quickly they all gel together as they seem to be almost signing a whole new team. 3/4s of a defence and 2/3rds of an attack and a new central midfielder. Would expect more than half there first team to ultimately be new signings but probably not on the first day

On paper it puts our team and squad to absolute shame. But that is what years of investment gets (subsidised by the tax payer of course).

Doesn’t look like JWP will ultimately get in their team as you would assume a pivot of Alvarez and Rodriguez with Kudus in front. But maybe some games won’t need both of those playing
