I'm surprised there havent been more rumors floating about than there are. In fact I cant believe he's been here as long has he has. Fantastic professional, I absolutely love KWP.
Unlike others I don't hate Bree, I think he's been pretty capable, certainly not as much of a problem as Manning. As backup to KWP he's a good option.

You'd think he will sign a contract somewhere by the end of the week.
Surely his agent isn't stupid enough to leave it until after the Euros in case he licks up a serious injury.
Not sure how he's ****ing the club around? He's entitled to take time to consider his options.

That’s fine but I’m a fan of Southampton, not Che Adams, and i’m entitled to find his faffing about irritating.
He’s had contracts on the table from the club for a long time, we need to be able to plan for the season ahead and having a striker with one foot in, one foot out for so long is a nuisance.
It’s not really like his performances over the past couple of years have merited a new deal either tbh, he was ok in the Championship last season but that’s about it.
He's alright, and a good pro, but he's nowhere near PL level, cheese puns notwithstanding.

With both the Euros and Copa America in the next month I think the majority of players/agents will wait until they are over, or the player's involvement is over, until any transfers happen.
Partly because they won't want the distraction, but also because if they have a good tournament they might get a move to a bigger club or get a bigger wage. Then in turn, that slows down the market as a whole even for players not at an international tournament. Buying clubs won't move on to other targets if they are waiting for a player involved in the Euros/Copa America.
It might be prudent for some of our targets to be from countries that are not involved or players that didn't make the cut for those countries that are. We have a lot of business to do and will need some to be in the door before mid-end of July.
Norway didn't make the Euros. I've heard good things about some striker of theirs whose dad used to play in the PL years ago. Might be worth a punt.
