They have Leif Davis so I guess Townsend is just the backup LB. Probably comparable to us having Manning behind Taylor

That sounds like a bit of a steal, when you consider what we've paid for some right old flops
Sounds very low for a player supposedly as highly rated as he is. Maybe a player who dominated youth football but has struggled since moving up to the first team.
Worth a punt though, but imagine he will have better offers at that price

Betis have apparently made a loan approach for him so that’s probably us out of the running (if we ever were in in the first place)
All things considered I think the window has been solid, but Christ do we need some firepower! I think we can forgot Ross. Think he’s lost limping around the new forest somewhere. My guess is Diaz will play on the left. Sugar looks tidy. Edwards looks capable. Taylor looks solid enough.
Unless he wants a permanent move and the sign on fees that entails. That doesn’t necessarily bring us in but it could rule out others

Can someone give a factual review of Stewart at the mo? Has he played any pre-season? Has there been any comments from Saints?
Not played or been involved in a match day squad. Didnt travel to Spain for the camp.
We are clearly being extra cautious due to his previous return from injury.
This is good news on the keeper front, hopefully we bring in someone to at least challenge McCarthy if not be number 1.
Or we just go with McCarthy and Lumley
Well, colour me completely and utterly shocked. Who'd have guessed...
Hopefully means we get in a PL-level keeper now.
