Don't know why I keep looking at the drivel that comes from WoL. You need to sift though an awful lot of chaff to find a grain of wheat. The latest is that 2 rivals have emerged for our signing of Phillips. What planet are they on? At £8m we are never in it to be rivalled.

It's good that Erol isn't stubbornly loyal to his backroom staff. Loyalty is good. You also need trusted lieutenants around you. However, if it's seen as an upgrade..... I don't know if these coaches have been with Erol elsewhere. Managers often have a couple right hand men. Colin wouldn't go anywhere without Jepson.
