Just watched the first half of the Leeds sheff Wednesday match, what a boring ****ing waste of almost 50mins. I would not be overly afraid of playing either in the league at this moment in time. Leeds are marginally better but there’s a cat’s cock hair in it. Will not be watching the second half there’s plenty of wet paint to watch….

James - The value of pure speed!

So not heard Glatzel mentioned in a while. Must be a strong possibility. Seems a little out of favour this season, unless he was injured or something.

In other news. Jan Vinegar of Hessleroad has a son called Lucas who plays for Twente. Now that might sound like a longer name; however Jan was a shortening of Johannes. Obviously Jan understood that short names were much more marketable. Clearly a good player with a sound head for business!

Pele didn't do too badly with his shortened name. :emoticon-0138-think

This from my son who works as senior cabin crew out of Gatwick.
Most flights use autopilot up until the last two minutes in order to perfectly align with the runway and have the correct glide slope but planes can’t actually land themselves or brake themselves so pilots will always land manually. Some pilots do manual landings all the time for training and don’t use autopilot at all and sometimes you have to use it due to weather. Some planes have different capabilities with autopilot which is why some planes can land anywhere in any weather and some can’t. The A380 and 787 can auto land in any conditions but smaller aircraft can’t.

That’s actually not the full description. It also depends on what landing system the destination airport has, whether that plane can land. Obviously the A380 and 787 will pretty much only use larger airports that will have the correct set-up, so this factor also needs to be taken into account.

I saw a train yesterday. Forgot my notebook to take the number though. I also got a very nice bus on the way to the station.
