You're the one who complained about people slating signings right after you'd slated a new signing, right?

Where did i slate a new signing?
I questioned why the three relegated teams hadnt come in for him whilst we were in a stalemate with contract negotiations but go ahead, you remember it on the terms that meet your narrative.

No I remember you asking a rhetorical question that suggested if those clubs weren't in for him he mustn't be as good as people thought. It's fine, just own it. Not going to go round in circles on this with you. I've already acknowledged that maybe Howden was taking the mickey out of himself as well as others, and if so fair play to him.

Add a bit of nuance to your life, not everything has to be black and white.

What is with people who post **** get pulled up on it or have the piss taken take such offence.
People are so soft nowadays so desperate for likes.

Pretty strange phenomenon, social media.

Inherently a semi-anonymous platform so you can hide behind a profile to say what you want, yet it gets taken so personally at the same time.

There's several posters on here that aren't anonymous, Steverico even uses near enough his real name. :emoticon-0138-think

Syd really doesnt understand the concept of irony.

We're still quite short in a number of areas and have players that either aren't up to it or have question marks over them a few positions too.

I really like the recruitment as a whole (it's been too slow) but they've done well and I think we're building a side which should be upper-mid-table, which considering the players are ours (minus Burns) is a major step forward.

Those that know me will disagree with that, and Rico is just the same in real life as he is on here, FACT. :emoticon-0103-cool:

Fair enough if you think that. But t's a bit sad. Think you can get a bit more context, background whatever if you can read actual faces and pick up on irony, facetiousness, sarcasm, humour whatever.

Stuff that isn't as apparent in dry text.

I'm going to guess 12?

Have noticed we've left 9 free unless I've missed it? Doubt Burstow's getting that.

EDIT: Burstow's 48 it looks like.

15 or 20 I reckon. Which of those are free?

And don't you think leaving the 9 free is obvious because we're far from done on the striker front yet?

Man can I get some of what he has for breakfast? Hope I look that youthful at 48.

I reckon Hughes will get 4. Zambrano probably 12 or 15.

Leake getting #53: damn dog. Unless he requested that number that's a "you're going out on loan" squad number if ever I saw one.

Hughes already confirmed as 4, yeah.

Don't you think that was possibly my point? Given that some thought it might be a young loan coming in.

Probably will have a striker on loan.

This one's been signed on a Longman/ Simons/Furlong/Vaughan/Jagielka style development deal. He's a squad player with potential and time to become much more.

No. 9 is left open for a reason.
