Like most teams nowadays I imagine its data driven. Looking for certain metrics to weed out the crap. Build a list and scout those to see who passes the eye test. It will chuck out some randoms

Been all over. It’s a beautiful country. We drive when we go Skiing and always take a few days either direction to stay in different places in Switzerland. Amazing place.
Zurich and Bern are my favourite places so far.
