I’ve said it before. Our fans are some of the most ungrateful ****s going with extremely short memories.

No rationale or argument about how the transfer market works and what impact the pyramid of the Premier League loans has on the fate of the eventual promotion teams, and how genuine rising stars from lower leagues are usually overpriced if you want to prise them away from their existing clubs falls on deaf ears.

The undertone is we haven’t signed any players so the club must be about to go up for sale.
If I was Acun seeing this constant moaning and criticism every day, I would pretty much do exactly that and give these so called fans what they want. A for sale sign.

With all these transfers are we missing the influence of Lee Darnbrough. A steady hand in transfers and scouting. Also wondered whether part of the reason Liam going was he was told this was what was going to happen and he fell out with the board over it? Didn’t want to be set up to fail? Possibility?

You may have said it before but it's still ****e. Every single club in the country will have fans having the same undertone you're talking about, even fans with a perfect cousin. :emoticon-0138-think

Would love to be a fly on the wall at your annual appraisals at work. Any criticism and you'd crumble like a cookie dipped in milk

So anyone that posts an opinion on here that differs from yours or poses reasonably sensible questions about the recruitment wants the Club sold?

You are Vladimir Putin and I claim my £5...

Have you heard anything about how things feel behind the scenes at the minute? Any noises about how players are taking the new season and new manager?

Players absolutely love the manager, things aren't as straight faced as under LR and there's more "fun" involved in the coaching and development. Everyone has enjoyed having a clean slate..... But the club/players know new faces are needed to bring depth and talent pool of the squad up to standard, not to mention confidence around the club full stop.

I know it’s not what was asked but even the staff behind the scenes love him too. Really personable, fun, friendly and treats everyone well. Made a really, really good impression on everyone.
