I saw the raw reality of our current situation last night, and I've seen this situation at the club before in pre season, and it usually ends in relegation. The wheels have come off and that is obvious. The only reason I can see why this has happened has been the owners increased involvement with Fenerbache. He needs to come out and publicly steady the boat.

I remember driving through Tickton years ago and on the main road there was a house with a teddy bear at the upstairs window. I always looked out for it on the way to Boothferry Park. Happy days.

We were not in the Premier League when we recruited Steve Bruce. But we had a dream of getting back into it and people/players believed that dream. I posted weeks back that someone at the club has taken their eye off the ball since Plymouth away last season. Where is the leadership? Who is charge of anything anymore?

And like most things you were travelling up the wrong road. The house and road is in Leven and is still there teddy bears an all.

Wasn't that 'stupid' considering the buzz and the prestige we got from the Bruce era?

There should be money getting 'chucked around' here and now,we've sold our jewels,time the biscuit tin was getting the lid removed.

Wages mostly. Do you remember the last set of accounts where we were running a structural deficit of 400k a week?

And of course we will be reinvesting the money, not taking it out to pay off debt like under Ehab.
