To be clear, the removal of concessions and other aspects of the membership scheme absolutely were not good. I just meant that the change to a monthly fee instead of a season was a good idea. The annual admin effort of renewing everyone was costly and it's always a job to convince people to pay up again. Now the default is that you continue as a member indefinitely. You have to actually go and tell them if you want to stop being one, and the club doesn't have to ask you to renew. This is the dream scenario for companies which is why everyone wants you to sign up for their subscription service these days.
Ok. I guess even a blind squirrel finds nuts once

Last summer we did not lose 20 players.

Only 3 of which were guaranteed starters, which suggests we had a lot of dead weight. The loans heavily skew that number, we made good use of the loan system last season and of course that makes it look worse when those players return to their parent club (as they almost always will).

IMO the biggest concern out of who we've lost this window is losing last seasons first and second choice GK. What we're left with lacks Champ experience and if we don't strengthen in that area, it'd be sods law for Pandur to pick up an injury and be out for a while.

Plymouth want £3m for their keeper Michael Cooper. We should be absolutely all over that.

He’s worth way more but out of contract next summer.

I was actually thinking that earlier, signing Pandur at a time the manager didn't want him has probably put us out the running though

Not to go to off topic, but if you really want to mix a drink that blows your head off... ( Or someone else's ) Try an Irish trash can. First time I was given one, I ended up having way to many and missed a flight home from the USA!

Possibly, but they have interest in a few GKs so who knows

They also still haven’t even paid for Burrows.. not got a pot to piss in until their takeover goes through.

Edit to say it finally went through yesterday so they must have found some pennies down the back of the sofa. Point remains though they are taking ages to pay for anyone.
