I get told stuff, I pass on what I think I can pass on without crossing the line I'm told not to cross. I mean mental health wise, I should just keep the info to myself because even though I know nothing I'm told is nailed on, it's me that gets the flack from you lot if it doesn't happen. Yet I do it anyway, partly because I know there's a lot of anxiety about signings and there isn't much anybody can do about it, but mostly because like any other human, it doesn't feel good to know stuff and not share it when it's important to a lot of people. My mate knows this, he knows what I'm like (ADHD be damned) and he's already told me he doesn't tell me anything vastly important because he knows I can't keep it to myself. So what I am told I know I can share and yeah, I'm told more than I do share on here, but when you're chatting with somebody you've known for two decades, you tend to get lax in casual moments and spill more than you should. Nevertheless, I've always respected the line he drew when he first started telling me stuff and I've only crossed it once and got into trouble in the 2016/17 season.

This transfer window hasn't been brilliant for fans because it looks inactive, it makes the friendlies against bigger opponents a waste of time for the club and for the players because these games shouldn't just be about minutes in the legs, they should be tactical matches against tough opposition that allow us to find mistakes and rectify them. So I understand that people are angsty, they want to see progress because the current squad is weaker than the last one and would be shot to bits.

But if we're getting into messenger shooting, put me against the wall and pull the trigger. From now on, I'll just do it via DM.

I can understand your point of view, but many appreciate yours, HT and M88 EVN posts giving little insights.

I mean if I was going to make something up, I'd make up more exciting **** than I've seen from X <laugh>. Think I said this yesterday, but I imagine it's quite easy to just invent a player connection through agents or staff members that are linked.

I've been contributing to 606 since 2009, it's not something I take seriously. I just find it interesting the was some people choose to treat each other sometimes, in a way I hope it is Internet bravado because if that's them in real life, it's kinda worrying.

football transfers are incredibly volatile especially the higher up the football ladder and more money involved
a deal can be 99.99% done only to stop at the last second for various reasons
