So, the biggest issue the new manager is going to face is replacing the goals.

Assuming Fabio Carvalho, Aaron Connolly, Noah Ohio, Liam Delap, Anass Zaroury, Ryan Giles and Tyler Morton have all played their last games for us, that's 33 goals and 10 assists from this season leaving the club.

Giles coming back, value for money aside, gives us a bit more balance on the left, but that's almost half our goals this season going out the door.

Looks like Aaron has officially been told he's leaving. We might see the retained list early next week

It’s a pity that he couldn’t keep that early form going because he looked a baller.

Good luck to the kid. ****’s happened to him but I hope he realises that you make your own luck in life.

Come back more determined and show the ****s that they’re ****s.

Good call Ernie, when he was on it early days he looked a right **** to play against - chasing and niggling not giving defenders a minutes peace, a real shame how it's fizzled out for him. I hope he slays whatever demons are haunting and gets back to full health.

I do agree with this but I also think in life you meet little ****s like this and it’s his personality and he can’t or won’t change

Why doesn’t Oscar fit in with it? No idea what the new man’s stylee is tbh

From what I’ve see of Hamburg under Walter, the centre-forward is expected to press aggressively, occasionally drop deep to link up with the midfield and dribble forward, hold the ball up to lay it off to the wingers and make those clever runs in behind when on the counter. Basically a very mobile and technical forward who likes to get involved in the play.

Óscar doesn’t really do any of that. He just gets into the right place at the right time. Good finisher and decent in the air but not that sort of player if you ask me.

Somebody said Spurs would be a good home for Greaves. Not a chance. Anyone seen Van de Ven's goal just now. Greaves is nowhere near that level. He wouldn't get a look in!

You're telling me a championship player isn't currently playing to the level of the top 6 in the PL? What fascinating analysis!
