Any incoming, at a very minimum should have automatic promotion as an objective. It’s certainly one I’ll be holding them to. Although, I won’t moan like a whelping bitch after every game throughout the season crying that he’s not up to the job, which I’m sure he won’t be.

Jacob was standing and the opposition player had the movement on him. Giles definitely would no have got to that header. My lad could head better than Giles when he was about 7 years old.
Andy Dawson used to win loads of headers and he was only 2 foot 6. If he didn’t he used to elbow them in the back of head.
