Their fans are right, they have a lot of money because of parachute payments and rich owners. Not only that, but they’ll sell the likes of Rutter and Summerville, they’ll spend big this year to go up.

I think an ambitious club like ours could snag him, if we can lure Seri and Tufan, I see no reason we couldn’t get somebody like Zorgane.

What about Kadri? He’s a similar mould maybe not as good.

Bit of an odd rumour, Barnsley's 1st choice right footed centre back Jordan Williams is being linked with City, aged 24 years. His contract has now ended at Barnsley - so would be on a Bosman free transfer, played 52 times for Barnsley last season inc cup and play-off games. Could be a decent larker.

Maybe. It certainly would be ambitious.

There’s a few defensive midfielders in my head that I think would improve us and would probably be within our budget:

    Cheick Condé
    Loreintz Rosier
    Aliou Dieng
    Marc Leonard
    Peer Koopmeiners
    Krystian Bielik

We need someone to be a long-term replacement for Seri as I don’t think Seri fits what Walter wants in a sole holding midfielder.

He is pretty good, but I’m getting Angus McDonald vibes.

You've always looked like you're in need of a large steak, ya skinny streak of pish. Whereas some, probably correctly, claim I need a large stake. :emoticon-0125-mmm:

And they’ve just had the huge Red Bull sponsorship. Think they’ll run away with the title next season

All the other Red Bull teams have the branding in the team name, only white ***** Leeds won't have the name branding. Can you imagine RB Leeds pronounced in a West York accent....

I've seen Lucas Bergvall playing for Djurgården in the Allsvenska several time this season (and last) and he's a standout player for them. Especially now they're playing him as a number 8.

He signed for Spurs in February but was loaned back to DIF until the preseason. However, he's only 18 (he doesn't look it) so I doubt he'll get a look into the first team. Could be a good shout for a loan spot.

Mbappé to Madrid is all done, apparently. To be announced next week.

This is their next galácticos generation.

Some squad this is. Good argument to be made that front three and midfield three is the best in the world, at least on paper. All really young as well so the longevity could mean they dominate La Liga and Europe for years to come.

Lmao. On a serious note, I’m excited to see how Madrid play next season. They were exciting this year with Bellingham as a number 10 and Vini Jr. and Rodrygo in that weird striker/winger hybrid role but with Mbappé it’s just going to be insane.

Either they’ll be unstoppable or they’ll be unbalanced. Mbappé prefers playing on the left in Vini Jr.’s position so it’s interesting to see how and where Ancelotti plays them all.

Sebastian Nanasi in that league is absolutely killing it. I'm really surprised he is still at Malmo, he's continuously been one of the best wingers in that division for the last two or three years.

If Philogene does go, I'd love us to get him as a replacement.

Yes Nanasi is probably the best player in Allsvenska right now. Playing in a Malmö team that's very strong compared to the rest of the league.

Lad who works for me is a Malmö fan and they expect to lose him in the next window.

Would only probably cost 5 or 6m based on what player go for here.

Lasse Berg Johnsen is a good player too, also at Malmö.
