Looks as though we may have upped the stakes for Kamara. Surely enough to get this one over the line!

Well Beida and Burstow are here but in theory you could push Palmer in there and Omur at 10.

true, but i get the feeling Oscar never wanted to come back. As Acun wont keep anyone that doesnt want to be here, he was leaving regardless

 

I just can't see Meffert happening atm, hope they prove me wrong. Or at the very least bring in a different holding midfielder.

Rushworth, Kamara, ST are what i'm confident for tomorrow. Anything else i'll view as a bonus

 

A Transfer Deadline Day Carol

Twas the night before Transfer Deadline day, when all through the Club

Not a player was incoming, not even those we would snub

The socks still cling closely to my ankles with care

In hopes Acun will deliver new recruitments renowned for their flair.

 

Surely a midfielder is on his way out then?

 

I do think we are lacking a pure number 10. Palmer fits the bill for that and is experienced. Not a great fitness record though

The Kasey Palmer is a strange one. He’s either on it or not from what I’ve seen so I’m not surprised to hear that reaction from the Coventry fans. He is a strong player though so should add a bit of presence in the midfield. We have a lot of central players now and it makes me wonder if one or two are unexpectedly on their way out.

 

I can handle Palmer as long as we still get Kamara and a striker. Preferably Meffert too but seems that one’s going to be difficult

 

Not necessarily as Palmer has also played as a 2nd striker just as Mehlem has played as a DM and Omur as a 10.

 

Close but still short according to Norwich.

 

Odd one really but every time I've seen him play he's been one of the better players on the pitch.

 

Non of these potential signings have given me a moist tip. My sock remains firmly attached.

 

If only the transfer window was a little longer

 

Palmer is another pointless signing like Rushworth, in my opinion. We are fine for offensive midfielders, defenders and keepers. We need wingers and another striker.
